Refund and Cancellation Policy

Booking Confirmation:

  1. To secure your bungy jump experience, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Cancellation by Participants:

  1. Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled jump time will receive a full refund.
  2. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled jump time are non-refundable.

Rescheduling:

  1. If you need to reschedule your jump, please inform us at least 48 hours before your original booking. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

Cancellation by Goa Bungy:

  1. In rare circumstances, such as adverse weather conditions or technical issues, we may need to cancel a jump. In such cases, you will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

No-Show Policy:

  1. If you do not arrive at the designated jump time without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show, and no refund or rescheduling will be provided.

Refund Processing:

  1. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 10 business days using the original payment method.

  1. All refund requests must be made via email or phone and should include your booking details.
  2. Our refund and cancellation policy is subject to change, so it’s advisable to review the latest policy when making a booking.
